As an expert for Specialty Pharma, Medios compounds ready-to-use therapies such as cytostatica, antibody therapies, and other infusions according to GMP standards.
In line with the standards for the compounding of investigational medicinal products, we produce them in cleanrooms of classes A to D. In the area of aseptic manual filling and labeling of liquids and powders, we specialize in products for phases I to IV, at small and medium scale. To ensure maximum safety, we monitor and document every individual step precisely and are always in close contact with the sponsor.
We offer filling of ampules, infusion bags, bottles, syringes, eye drop tubes, etc. in batch sizes from 1 to 1,000. If needed, we also work together with external laboratories to produce qualitative, quantitative, or microbiological analyses.
Compounding of Patient-Specific Investigational Medicinal Products
Our experience in compounding investigational medicinal products is often leveraged by clinical research organizations (CROs), sponsors, pharmacies, and clinical trial centers at leading university hospitals. We manufacture capsules, tablets, suspensions, etc. in customized doses and dosage forms for individual patients in clinical trials. In addition to newly developed active agents, these can also be approved medicinal products being tested for a different indication to expand marketing approval.
